Once your project scope and budget are discussed during a quick virtual or phone call, we move to the required on-site consultation. This step is mandatory for all clients and ensures we gather accurate measurements, assess site conditions, and confirm project feasibility.
The consult is $150, credited toward your build if you proceed.

Design
After the site consult, we determine whether your project requires a formal design. Larger or more complex projects benefit from custom 2D or 3D renderings that detail layout, materials, colors, and flow.
Design fees are quoted separately and are only charged when necessary. If your project is straightforward, we move directly from consult to quoting.
